The Peace with Food App, created by a Registered Dietitian and Ph.D Counselor, has been rated the top app by Intuitive Eating Professionals.

Instead of following restrictive diets that disrupt both your mindspace and your hunger cues, the Peace with Food App encourages you to "stay in the gray" to avoid overeating and undereating. By using the specially designed Rhythm Tracker, you can check in with your body throughout the day and at each meal/snack, helping you become more intentional about tasting and enjoying your food while focusing on your hunger and fullness cues. It promotes a peaceful relationship with food.

The app offers exclusive access to a growing library of Peace With Food Videos, where Intuitive Eating professionals answer frequently asked questions. It also includes specially crafted "bite-sized" questions and answers about finding peace with food. You can personalize the frequency of notifications to check in with your body and set "end-the-day" settings. Additionally, the app integrates with the Apple Watch.

The Peace with Food App allows you to free up your mindspace and rediscover the internal rhythms of how your body was naturally made to taste and enjoy food. It helps you end the guilt associated with eating and regain confidence in what your body was designed to do.

The app offers a 7-day free trial with full access. Please note that you will never be automatically subscribed. Subscription prices are $5.99 per month, $14.99 per quarter, and $49.99 per year (prices may vary for non-United States customers). Subscriptions are charged to the user's iTunes Account upon confirmation of purchase. They automatically renew within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the original purchase price. Users can manage their subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in their iTunes Account Settings, but refunds won't be provided for any unused portion of the term.
